Selection Task: 

Please prepare a brief submission (of no more than 500 words) on Ground (1) in the attached case problem R v Spanner. You may choose to argue for either the Senior Appellant or the Senior Respondent. Submissions will be judged based on the quality of the legal argument, communication, and research skill.

Eligibility: oopen to academic programmes, including LLB, GELLB, LLM & GDL, but excluding BVS & SPP (subject to competition rules)
