Selection Task: 

Please prepare a brief submission (of no more than 500 words) on Ground (1) in the attached case problem R v Spanner. You may choose to argue for either the Senior Appellant or the Senior Respondent. Submissions will be judged based on the quality of the legal argument, communication, and research skill.

Eligibility: open to final year LLBs and PG programmes including GDL, LLM, SPP, BVS (subject to competition rules)
